We cannot guarantee that a puppy will develop into a specific adult size, appearance, temperament, working ability, or personality.

Genetics, environment, nutrition, training, socialization, exercise, veterinary care, and many other factors influence a dog’s development.

4. Puppy Availability

Puppies displayed on our website are subject to availability.

A puppy is not considered reserved until the applicable reservation process has been completed and any required payment has been received and confirmed by Loyal Rotties.

We reserve the right to remove a puppy from availability at any time.

We may also determine that a particular puppy is not an appropriate match for a particular family.

Our priority is finding responsible and suitable homes for our puppies rather than completing every possible sale.

5. Reservations and Deposits

A reservation deposit may be required to hold a puppy.

Once a puppy has been reserved, we may stop offering that puppy to other prospective families.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, reservation deposits are non-refundable.

Before placing a deposit, you are responsible for reviewing the puppy information, asking questions, understanding our policies, and making sure that you are prepared to welcome a Rottweiler into your home.

A deposit does not transfer ownership of the puppy.

Ownership is transferred only when all applicable purchase requirements have been completed and the puppy has been formally released to the buyer.

6. Pricing and Payments

Puppy prices and other applicable fees are displayed or communicated by Loyal Rotties and may change from time to time.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the purchase price may not include transportation, delivery, veterinary services beyond those included in the puppy’s placement, special travel requirements, registration fees, taxes, or other third-party charges.

Any applicable additional costs should be discussed before finalizing the purchase.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you to confirm the correct price before proceeding with a transaction.

7. Buyer Responsibilities

Before purchasing or reserving a puppy, you are responsible for determining whether a Rottweiler is appropriate for your household and circumstances.

You should consider:

• Local laws and breed restrictions.

• Landlord or housing requirements.

• Your ability to provide daily care.

• Training and socialization requirements.

• Veterinary expenses.

• Food and other ongoing costs.

• Exercise requirements.

• Your ability to provide long-term care.

By purchasing a puppy, you confirm that you have considered these responsibilities.

You are also responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, housing requirements, and animal ownership requirements in your location.

8. Health and Veterinary Care

We take reasonable steps to provide appropriate care for our puppies while they are in our custody.

Where applicable, we provide families with available veterinary records, vaccination information, deworming information, identification details, and other relevant documentation.

Specific care provided may vary according to the puppy’s age and individual circumstances.

Once the puppy is placed with you, you become responsible for providing appropriate ongoing veterinary care.

We strongly recommend arranging a veterinary examination shortly after your puppy arrives home and following your veterinarian’s recommendations for vaccinations, parasite prevention, nutrition, exercise, training, and general care.

9. Veterinary Examination

A puppy’s health can change after leaving our care.

For this reason, we recommend that you arrange an independent veterinary examination promptly after receiving your puppy.

If you discover a health concern, contact us as soon as possible and provide relevant veterinary documentation where appropriate.

Nothing on our website is intended to replace professional veterinary advice.

10. Delivery and Transportation

Puppies are living animals and are not treated as ordinary retail merchandise.

Reservation deposits are generally non-refundable.

If you are unable to keep your puppy after purchase, please contact Loyal Rotties before selling, surrendering, transferring, or rehoming the dog.

We will consider the circumstances and determine whether a return or alternative placement arrangement may be appropriate.

A return does not automatically result in a refund.

Any refund or alternative arrangement will be considered according to the circumstances and applicable terms.

13. Responsible Ownership

By purchasing a Loyal Rotties puppy, you agree to provide appropriate care throughout the dog’s lifetime.

This includes providing:

• Socialization.

• Exercise.

• Mental stimulation.

• Safe supervision.

• Appropriate companionship.

• Compliance with applicable animal welfare laws.

You agree not to intentionally neglect, abuse, abandon, or place the dog in an unsafe environment.

If you can no longer care for your Rottweiler, we ask that you contact us so that we can discuss responsible options.

14. Rottweiler Ownership

Rottweilers are strong, intelligent, energetic dogs that require responsible ownership.

Their behavior and temperament are influenced by genetics, training, socialization, environment, handling, and ongoing care.

Purchasing a puppy does not guarantee any particular future behavior or temperament.

You are responsible for providing appropriate training and supervision and for understanding the responsibilities associated with owning a powerful dog.

You should also ensure that your Rottweiler is appropriately controlled and supervised around children, visitors, other animals, and unfamiliar environments.

15. Photos, Videos, and Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, photographs, videos, text, graphics, logos, branding, designs, and other content appearing on the Loyal Rotties website belong to Loyal Rotties or are used with appropriate permission.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

You may not use our photographs or puppy listings to create misleading advertisements, impersonate Loyal Rotties, or represent another breeding program as being affiliated with us.
